The recommended daily dose contains:
- Aronia 500,000 mg
- Horse chestnut 300,000 mg
- Chokeberry (extract) 100,000 mg
- Citrus bioflavonoids concentrate 100,000 mg
Aronia
Aronia (Aronia melanocarpa) contains, in addition to vitamins (vitamin E, beta-carotene and folic acid), minerals and fiber (potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and an extremely high content of phytonutrients, mainly polyphenols). Part of polyphenols is the large group of anthocyanins (from Greek Anthos = flower, kyanos = blue), which form the red, purple or blue color of chokeberry fruits and are among the most important water-soluble pigments in plants. Another group called procyanidins are responsible for the tart taste of the juice. Aronia juice has an extremely high total polyphenol content compared to other red and red-blue fruits. Moreover, especially anthocyanins, due to their high antioxidant potential and their good qualities as free radical scavengers, are considered particularly beneficial for health (e.g. in cardiovascular diseases). Aronia improves blood flow in the blood vessels - arteries and veins, as anthocyanins maintain the elasticity of the vessels.

Horse chestnut
Horse chestnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum) grows mainly in the Balkans. Its seeds, leaves and flowers contain the plant ingredient esculin. Esculin has vaso-strengthening, anticoagulant and anti-inflammatory effects. Horse chestnut concentrates and extracts are often used in Europe to relieve chronic vein disease. The chestnut has venotonic, anti-inflammatory, capillary-strengthening and pain-relieving effects. It reduces the viscosity of the blood and the tendency to form blood clots. Quickly relieves pain caused by fatigue, trauma, swelling, as well as rheumatic pain.

Citrus bioflavonoids concentrate
Citrus bioflavonoids are a group of powerful polyphenol antioxidants that stimulate blood circulation, especially in the legs and feet, reduce swelling and varicose veins, and support the health of veins and blood vessels. They help to maintain capillary endurance and venous tone by reducing the formation of blood clots and the fragility of capillary walls, preventing damage to their basal membrane.
