The recommended daily dose contains:
- Soy 400,000 mg
- Borage (oil) 150,000 mg
- Soy isoflavones 80,000 mg
Soy
Soybeans are rich in so-called phytoestrogenic plant compounds with a hormone-like effect. In this way, the unpleasant symptoms of menopause caused by hormonal imbalance are clearly reduced. The particularly important phytoestrogens in soy are the isoflavones genistein and daidzein. They are the subject of much current research. They are mostly associated with the lower incidence (frequency of occurrence) of vascular diseases such as ischemic heart disease in East Asian countries, where soy is consumed in much larger quantities than in Western Europe and the United States.

Borage (oil)
Borage (Borago Officinalis) is a spice and medicinal plant in the Boraginaceae family. Borage seeds contain a treasure in the form of essential Omega-6 fatty acids, specifically gamma-linolenic acid. This fatty acid is a powerful raw material for the production of prostaglandins, which play an important role in hormonal balance during menopause. In addition, prostaglandins have a strong anti-inflammatory effect, which is especially valuable in cases of neurodermatitis in children - they soothe itching.
