Shiitake
The shiitake mushroom has been a traditional remedy in Asian traditional medicine since 100 BC. It is used for various health problems and today is known for its protective effect against cell damage and anti-cancer properties. Shiitake (Lentinula edodes) is famous in Japan precisely because of its powerful ingredients as an "emperor mushroom". Shiitake strengthens the body's immune system and is offered as a means of fighting the development of cancer and AIDS. One of the substances contained in the mushroom and from which its name comes - lentinan - is believed to be the main reason for the reducing effect of tumor activity. Lentinan also reduces the side effects of cancer therapies. Another contribution of the imperial mushroom is in the body's fight against allergies, candidiasis, arthritis and high cholesterol.

Agaricus Blazei
The mushroom Agaricus blazei (Agaricus blazei Murrill) contains many vitamins and minerals, as well as a large amount of polysaccharides, primarily beta D-glucan. Drinking Agaricus Blazei stimulates the immune system, increases the number and activation of cells responsible for destroying cancer cells, bacteria and viruses. In addition to the antitumor activity, the mushroom also has an auxiliary effect for recovery after chemotherapy/radiotherapy - it helps in the process of formation of normal blood cells in the bone marrow after the therapies.

Maitake (Grifola Frondosa)
In Asian countries, the beneficial effects of maitake mushrooms (Grifola Frondose) have been used for centuries. Maitake means "dancing mushroom" in Japanese. The strange name probably comes from the fact that the pickers, when they found the rare mushrooms, danced for joy. In traditional Asian medicine and medicinal mushroom science, they are mainly used for adjuvant and complementary treatment of diabetes and cancer.
Today, maitake is gaining a growing nutritional therapeutic role in the treatment of diabetes. Especially in type II diabetes, maitake can increase the sensitivity of insulin receptors, so the body's ability to identify glucose is greatly improved. In addition, the mushroom has a positive effect on fatty acid metabolism and blood pressure.
Maitake mushroom has a natural anti-obesity effect. With regular use, maitake can reduce fat storage in the liver and prevent weight gain. It is noteworthy that maitake also has a very high natural content of vitamin D2 = ergosterol. Today we know that vitamin D increases the accumulation of calcium in the bones and thus slows down osteoporosis. Taking extra vitamin D can also significantly reduce the number of falls in people over 65.
